Which countries do you sell to?

• At this time we only sell to customers who reside within Australia and New Zealand.

Will delivery be discreet?

• Of course! Delivery is by Australia Post using standard packaging and post provided by them. There will be no material that mentions Sex Centre on the outside of the package and the package will be from a logistics company. Your package will be dispatched and no one will have any idea what pleasures hide inside.

How much will postage be?

• All orders within Australia will be a flat fee of $10.00.
• All orders within New Zealand will be a flat fee of $20.00.

Do you post to Post Office boxes?

• Yes. We will happily send your purchase to your Australian Post Office box.

Do you offer postage insurance?

• Yes. You can insure your purchased items against the unlikely possibility that Australia Post lose them. This peace of mind costs a flat fee per order. Simply choose and purchase "Postage Insurance" from the "Categories" menu as you would do for all other items.  You will then be able to track your order by a unique number.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

• Sex Centre use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) provided by Geotrust with 256 bit encryption to ensure that your personal and credit card details remain confidential. Most other sites only use 128 bit encryption.

Can I pay by an alternate means?

• Yes, you can pay by personal cheque, money order by mail or direct deposit into our account. Simply place your order and send the cheque or money order. Once the funds have cleared, your purchase order will be dispatched.

Can I track my purchase?

• You can track your purchase by logging into your user account at Sex Centre and checking your purchase.  Postage insurance should be purchased to ensure a tracking number.

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Your order will ship the same day, or following day, dependant on the time the order is placed. *Generally paid orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following business day.  All orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post. All New Zealand orders are shipped by Australia Post International. Orders to New Zealand can take up to 5 working days to be delivered due to customs clearance times.

What happens if I order something and it is not in stock?

• This is extremely unlikely as Sex Centre has all products on hand and your order is dispatched via the warehouse. If you can see the product on our store, we have it in stock. This is a claim that most of our online competitors can not honestly make!

What about any unforeseen delays with my order?

• You will be notified within one business day if there are any delays or issues with the processing or postage of your order.

I am purchasing from New Zealand what currency do I pay in?

• Your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars.

Is my personal information safe and secure?

• When you purchase any goods from Sex Centre, your personal details and credit card information is totally secure. We only obtain as much detail as required to process and complete your order.

How good is your security?

• Purchasing from Sex Centre is 100% safe, as Sex Centre purchasing pages are secured by 256 bit encryption using Geotrust SSL certificates. Our 256 bit encryption far exceeds the current standard used by most companies which only use 128 bit encryption methods. When making payment you will be directed to Westpac Bank and utilise their Web Advantage payment system. This system incorporates 3D Secure, acclaimed to be the most secure online payment method. None of your credit card details are retained by Sex Centre, its all handled by Westpac Bank.

Does Sex Centre keep my credit card details on file?

• We DO NOT retain any of your credit card details.
  

Why do some secure sites capture a computers IP address?

• Your IP computer address may be captured by our site in order to confirm you are a legitimate customer using a legitimate credit card. This action protects both Sex Centre and you as one of our customers from fraud. The IP address information is used for no other reason.

Do you sell customers details like some companies?

• We do not, and never will, share your personal details with any other party.
• Sex Centre, like any other organisation or company, may be directed by a Law Enforcement Agency to release customer details if you have committed offences or crimes under Australian or New Zealand law.

Can I contact you about my purchase?

• You may feel free to contact Sex Centre as you require, and you can be assured that the communications between both parties will be confidential and only used in a manner to enhance your purchasing experience.

How often will you contact me?

• We may contact you in the future, via email, to offer you specials or other related products. Rest assured that this correspondence will only be from us, and not a third party. At present we will not be sending out promotional material unless customers specifically request this.

Why would you contact me?

• We will contact you by email, unless asked not to, to confirm your order and update you to the status or your order. Sex Centre may contact you by email (unless requested not to) to inform you of any difficulties they may be having in fulfilling your requests.

I am not sure and need more information. Can Sex Centre assist?

• Email us at sales@sexcentre.com.au detailing the item you are interested in and any questions that you have. A customer service representative will email you with any further information that they can offer you about your questions.
