Cheque

• Cheques to be made payable to MADT and posted to PO Box 397, Prospect, 7250.
  Normal cheque clearance times apply before goods are dispatched.

Money Order

• Australia Post Money Orders are also accepted. Please have money orders made out to MADT and posted to PO Box 397, Prospect, 7250.

PayPal

• Yes, we offer you this payment option, or you can alternatively pay by credit card online via Westpac Bank's payment page, as Westpac have added security that protects both of us.

Discreet Delivery.

• Delivery is by Australia Post using standard packaging and post provided by them. There will be no material that mentions Sex Centre on the outside of the package and the invoice will be from a logistics company. Your package will be dispatched and no one will have any idea what pleasures hide inside.

Postage cost.

• All purchases within Australia will be sent by Australia Post and will be a flat fee of $9.50.  Purchases are normally sent by Express Post.
• All purchases from within New Zealand will be sent by Australia Post International for a flat fee of $20.00.

We charge you what the Australia Post satchel costs us! We could advertise that all freight is free, however we all know nothing is free. Most competitors simply factor in the "FREE" freight into all their product prices.

Post office box delivery.

• We will happily send your purchase to your Australian Post Office box.

Delivery methods and time frames.

• Your order will ship the same day, or following day, dependent on the time the order is placed. *Generally paid orders after 3pm will ship the following business day.  All orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post. All New Zealand orders are shipped by Australia Post International. Orders to New Zealand can take up to 5 working days to be delivered due to customs clearance.

Delivery issues and time frames.

• You will be notified within one business day if there are any delays or issues with the processing or postage of your order. This is extremely unlikely as Sex Centre has all products on hand and your order is dispatched via our warehouse. If you can see the product on our store, we have it in stock. This is a claim that most of our online competitors can not honestly make!

Postage insurance.

• You can insure your purchased items against the unlikely possibility that Australia Post may lose them. This peace of mind insurance costs a flat fee per order. Simply choose and purchase "Postage Insurance" from the "Catagories" menu as you would do for all other items.
