Refunds and Warranty policy
- Sex Centre offers a warranty on all products. This warranty is 31 days from the dispatch date. Due to the nature of the activities conducted with our products, we are not able to accept returns on product that simply don't meet your standards.
- This warranty is valid only if the product is defective. This ensures your safety when buying our products. All battery operated toys are tested prior to dispatch, if you encounter a problem please follow the returns procedure listed below.
- Sex Centre reserves the right to refuse any return if it is in, our opinion, that the goods have been damaged, misused, subject to an accident, subject to an unauthorised repair or alteration.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the faulty product and it is to be in its original packaging. All paperwork including the original receipt must be included. Checks will be conducted to ensure that the product is defective and all the relevant paperwork is included. Once completed a replacement item will be mailed to you. If there are no defects the product will be returned to you as it was received. In this case, the customer will be liable for the shipping costs of the returned item.
- No returns will be accepted if the product is not returned in its original packaging with paperwork.
How do I return an item?
- Simply email us at sales@sexcentre.com.au with the type of product and the problem encountered and one of our customer service representatives will process your refund. Authorisation for payment will be granted upon receipt of the goods being returned and checked as stated in the warranty policy. There will be no refund on any freight cost encountered within the transaction.
